            Best eyeliner for someone who is not great with creating settle wings on hooded eyes!

            I've tried many many eyeliners to find one that could help me do settled wings on my hooded eyes and tight lining that won't take me hours. I also have pretty sensitive eyes. This was so easy to use. It glided on so well. For someone who is horrible at eyeliners, it was so easy. And if you some how made it too "much", you have a little window of time to erase it. Then it really stays put all day and I live in South Carolina! I'm going to buy so many now colors and this will be a stable piece for sure!
