What is your online return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your Kosas purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we would be happy to provide a refund or an exchange for any products ordered from kosas.com within 30 days of purchase. Simply email your order number, name, and reason for return to us at email@example.com. If you don’t have your order number, we may ask for more information to better assist with your request. We cannot accept returns on gift sets and some limited edition items. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of processing. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
Will you accept returns or exchanges purchased from one of your retail partners?
If you purchased a Kosas product from one of our retail partners and are unhappy for any reason, please reach contact the retailer directly as we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for orders purchased outside of kosas.com
