What is your online return/exchange policy?
Standard Return Policy- We want you to love your Kosas purchase. If you’re not satisfied 100%, we would be happy to provide a refund or an exchange for any full-size products ordered from Kosas.com within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, head to our return portal here.

Note: All samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of processing. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

Do you accept returns or exchanges purchased from one of your retail partners?
If you purchased a Kosas product from one of our retail partners and are unhappy for any reason, please reach contact the retailer directly as we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for orders purchased outside of kosas.com.
