We want you to love your Kosas purchase, and if for whatever reason you don’t, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@kosas.com.  We have a customer service team dedicated to assisting you with your return.  Your order number will help us locate your purchase quickly. If you don't have your order number, we may ask for more information to better assist with your request.

***We are happy to provide you with up to three samples of any of our products to try before you make your purchase.You can request samples support@kosas.com. Please include your mailing address so that we can get your samples to you quickly.***

It is our goal to do our best to make you happy. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, and customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. 

We do our best to accommodate most returns, but we can't accept returns on gift sets and some limited edition items. Any final purchase items will be marked accordingly.
