Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.



Domestic orders will arrive via USPS First Class. If your order exceeds 1 lb it will be defaulted to USPS Priority. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.



International orders will arrive via DHL Worldwide Express.



Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we are working our hardest to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. States and territories as well as internationally to most countries, with the exception of Australia, New Zealand, Spain, and Russia. For customers in Australia, please shop through our retail partner, Mecca!

Holiday Shipping

Recommended send-by dates for expected delivery before December 25:

Domestic
Standard: December 15, 12pm PT
Expedited: December 21, 12pm PT

International
International orders require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability and longer customs clearance procedures as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts. To receive orders by Dec 25, please ensure your order is placed by Dec 1 for standard shipping or Dec 16 for express shipping.

What is your online return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your Kosas purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we would be happy to provide a refund or an exchange for any products ordered from kosas.com within 30 days of purchase. Simply email your order number, name, and reason for return to us at letschat@kosas.com. If you don’t have your order number, we may ask for more information to better assist with your request. Any final sale items will be marked accordingly. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 10 business days of processing. We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.

Will you accept returns or exchanges purchased from one of your retail partners?

If you purchased a Kosas product from one of our retail partners and are unhappy for any reason, please reach contact the retailer directly as we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for orders purchased outside of kosas.com
