For supercharged dark circle coverage, it's best to neutralize the darkness with a color corrector before concealing for a seamless finish. Revealer Extra Bright also doubles as a brightening + depuffing serum. It was made to layer with Revealer Concealer for your smoothest, brightest eyes ever!
Do I apply it before or after concealer?
