Kosas is seeking an experienced, passionate Marketing Manager who will lead and manage key marketing campaigns. This role will directly assist with initiatives ranging from ad platform discovery to advertising campaign management and analysis.

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in helping the Marketing Team execute a global marketing strategy with a focus on digital media programs, optimizing campaigns, and creating brand awareness to drive new traffic and customer acquisition growth.

Responsibilities
– Execute marketing strategy to drive sales and awareness through performance marketing campaigns including but not limited to: digital advertising, social advertising, paid search, affiliate, direct mail, out of home, paid sponsorships, and more
– Partner closely with Retention Marketing to drive awareness, consideration, conversion, and loyalty
– Develop omnichannel media plans in partnership with global marketing strategy to achieve key performance metrics and goals specifically utilizing research tools and historical data to make recommendations
– Manage all ongoing and new advertising campaigns both online and offline on a daily basis including ad rotation, media spend, day-parting, and bid adjustments
– Develop evergreen acquisition programs to achieve defined awareness, traffic, and sales benchmarks
– Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, creative and operations teams to develop and execute new launches and promote evergreen campaigns
– Conduct daily, weekly and monthly analysis reports to identify key trends, monitor performance, and find areas for optimization for ongoing and future campaigns
– Track and optimize campaign performance and identify opportunities through key channel KPIs to maximize marketing effectiveness
– Create test hypotheses and conduct creative, behavioral, and landing page testing on all digital advertising campaigns
– Scout and develop additional opportunities with current partners and expand existing campaigns
– Recommend effective emerging marketing channels and platforms to test and learn including conducting research on new media partnerships, ad buys, ad networks and other related opportunities
– Build, manage and maintain close relationships with online media representatives & vendors and handle daily correspondence
– Negotiate media rates and contracts with publishers, incorporating targeted and innovative elements
– Responsible for ideating and collaborating on marketing creative and ad copy to drive KPI’s through paid channels
– Clear understanding of what content and approaches work on each paid media channels with ability to quickly adjust in order to achieve results
– Ensure asset quality, consistency and adherence to brand identity in all ads
– Partner with Social, Retention, Sales, PR, and Customer Experience for overall marketing experience to formulate and execute an integrated customer experience
– Partner with Web Development team to monitor, audit and update direct-to-consumer website to optimize SEO rankings, user-experience, and user-interface to meet conversion goals
– Partner on grassroot and business development partnerships to strengthen events and drive awareness
– Effectively communicate media, industry, and competitive insights in presentations
– Collaborate with company personnel and consultants, such as operations, design, public relations, marketing, and finance, to assist in decision making, and to promote continuous improvement of company performance
– Be aware of industry trends in marketing, e-commerce, social media, cosmetics, and clean beauty
– Travel as needed for industry and company events and meetings

Qualifications
–Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or closely-related field
– 6+ years experience in digital marketing with strong performance marketing experience
– Demonstrated experience managing digital advertising campaigns on top industry platforms
– Google Analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook Advertising Certifications a plus
– Knowledge of trends, new advertising platforms and optimization tactics
– Detail-oriented, self-starter with a passion for beauty
– Ability to garner insights to develop strategic action
– Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Google Analytics
– Proficient experience in Excel is critical to build reports with pivot tables and formulas
– Excellent communication skills, both oral & written
– Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
– Highly motivated and self-directed, able to prioritize and manage completing tasks and show good problem-solving judgment
– Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives

Sales Coordinator

Kosas Cosmetics is looking for a Sales Coordinator to be an integral team member working across Sales and Operations functions. This role will assist with a breadth of Sales activities and be intensely collaborative with cross-functional Sales, Marketing, Operations, Creative, Product, Technology, and Customer Experience teams. Responsibilities:
– Assist on all Wholesale orders including receiving purchase orders from Retail partners and ensuring wholesale requirements and minimums are met
– Process purchase orders and ensure deadlines are met including ship and cancel dates
– Ensure all Wholesale orders are delivered to accounts by each deadline and follow through on order delivery including providing Wholesale accounts tracking information
– Partner with Operations teams for International orders, customs, tracking and delivery
– Assist in Wholesale account organization within all company-wide systems and documents
– Track and maintain claim reports for Wholesale accounts and communicate internally with Finance and Operations to ensure compliance
– Assist with new Wholesale inquiries as needed including correspondence, requesting additional information, and entering into company systems to evaluate partnership
– Monitor, manage, distribute and track product comps and testers to designated retailers for launches and restocks
– Send any product or materials on behalf of the Sales team to Retailer accounts
– Assist with updating Sales team spreadsheets as needed including maintaining ongoing product allocation list of Retailer SKUs and categories, organizing sell-through reports, inventory reports, shipping reports, etc.
– Manage and complete New Product Forms and items set-up for each Wholesale account
– Assist with sending any retail assets for online or store support
– Help Sales team schedule future trainings and activations when needed
– Provide support at local in-store events, trainings, or other key business meetings
– Support overall Sales team goals and initiatives through participating in additional tasks as requested

– Travel as needed for industry and company events and meetings

Qualifications:

– 1-2+ years of related experience, previous beauty, fashion or direct to consumer a plus
