Sheena has always loved the versatility and impact of liquid highlighters—but wanted to bring that same radiance to a powder format that’s effortless to use. Traditional powders often go too far: too opaque, too powdery, too much glitter. They can mask the skin, accentuate texture, and leave fallout behind. This replaces Glow IV although it is not the exact same usage.
