Sheena has always loved the versatility and impact of liquid highlighters—but wanted to bring that same radiance to a powder format that’s effortless to use. Traditional powders often go too far: too opaque, too powdery, too much glitter. They can mask the skin, accentuate texture, and leave fallout behind. She set out to create something different: a talc- and silicone-free powder highlighter that lets your skin breathe and beam.

This is a powder highlighter vs liquid Glow IV. Shiny objects delivers a soft glisten while Glow IV has more shimmer intensity and coverage with larger pearl particles. Shiny Objects can be used all over including the eyes.
Does this product replace anything within the Kosas collection?
This replaces Glow IV although it is not the exact same usage.
Is it safe to use on the eyes?
